Description

You will own ServiceNow platform development, architecture, and large-scale implementation delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Design and implement complex customizations using ServiceNow scripting.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Manage project delivery within a senior technical capacity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and customizations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.
