Description

You will architect and develop large-scale ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and custom integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementations and platform upgrades.
• Develop custom solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage projects within the ServiceNow environment and support collaboration processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development and architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior technical role leading teams and projects.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and customizations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
