Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise software programs, coordinating cross-functional engineering and QA teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile and Waterfall delivery for SAP projects, managing roadmapping, stakeholder reporting, and KPI/OKR tracking.
• Refine business requirements into system designs, collaborating with technical leads to ensure seamless migration and defect reduction.
• Establish Jira and Confluence KPI tracking for bug closure, velocity, and sprint health to improve release transparency.
• Implement structured change management and risk control processes, including risk logs and technical debt registers.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming to drive on-time sprint completion.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• 4+ years of specific experience managing SAP projects.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Git.
• Proficiency in Asana, Smartsheet, and MS Project for planning and coordination.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and technical leads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postman for API validation and Tableau for data visualization.
• Background in managing AI or enterprise software programs under a PMO framework.
