Description

You will design, develop, and maintain service portal experiences and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Service Portal components, including widgets, pages, themes, and branding.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, JDBC, and MID Server.
• Implement server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, UI Actions) and client-side scripting (Scripts, UI Policies).
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring portal and integration functionalities remain optimized.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development focused on Service Portal and Integrations.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and security best practices.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, Rest APIs, JDBC, and MID Server integrations.
• Experience with server-side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git.
