Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow portals within an enterprise production environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow portals using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems including AD, SCCM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Implement and manage ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Write client-side and server-side scripts for various ServiceNow components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of total IT industry experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Portal scripting, HTML, and CSS for UX/UI development.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow APIs (GlideRecord, GlideForm, etc.).
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Bachelor's degree.
