Description

You will lead the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Service Portal.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes.
• Resolve UI performance issues and complex widget defects.
• Integrate the ServiceNow Portal with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
• Perform system and integration testing using sample and live data.
• Monitor application health, usage, and overall compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Portal.
• Proficiency in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
• Experience conducting integration testing.
• Ability to analyze usage statistics and apply ServiceNow best practices.

• Any Graduate degree.
