Description

Develop and customize core applications within the ServiceNow PPM and ITBM modules, owning the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and code ServiceNow PPM modules including Idea, Demand, Project, Tasks, Resource Plans, Time cards, and Financials.
• Develop custom applications from the ground up using Create Now.
• Administer the ServiceNow instance by managing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
• Gather and document functional, process, and technical requirements to support enterprise service offerings.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement new functionality, interfaces, and system updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and system configuration.
• Deep understanding of PPM OOB functionality, including the lifecycle from Ideation to Demand and Project.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, and UI Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations and Web Services.
• Proficiency in managing Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Reporting.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience configuring ACLs, inbound email actions, and Catalog Items.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scripted Web Services and direct integration with third-party tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and change management protocols.
