Description

Lead technical development and customization within an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize core ITBM applications including Demand, PPM, Ideation, and Program modules.
• Configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Build complex workflows and implement integrations with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, or JDBC.
• Manage data sources and build transform maps to import CI data into ServiceNow.
• Develop ServiceNow reports and dashboards to support business visibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITBM and ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with client-side and server-side scripting, including Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, and Background Scripts.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external applications via web services.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience building and managing data imports and transform maps.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to top management and external customers.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Project Portfolio Management.
