Description

You will lead the ServiceNow practice by driving growth, overseeing strategic program delivery, and managing high-performing consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice growth by partnering with sales teams on opportunity identification, solution ideation, and proposal presentations.
• Oversee strategic program delivery to ensure profitability, account expansion, and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and deliver value.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks, methodologies, and processes for successful project execution.
• Mentor and develop consultants, project managers, architects, and program leaders.
• Enforce best practices for code reviews, release management, code migrations, and data integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Leadership or IT Consulting.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing and developing integrations with Workday, Azure, or Salesforce.
• Proven ability to manage technical, business, and personnel aspects of consulting engagements.
• Expertise in communicating engagement impacts regarding risks, business objectives, and quality goals.
• Experience in revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in Digital Process Automation.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administration or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• Prior experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Developer with hands-on experience in Workflows, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
