Description

You will lead technical presales engagements, translating business challenges into tailored ServiceNow solutions and driving deal closure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define business outcomes and position ServiceNow modules.
• Build end-to-end solution designs covering workflows, integrations, and data models.
• Conduct product demos and Proofs of Concept, articulating value to prospects.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with technical content and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on strategy, proposals, and solution feasibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Expertise in at least two core modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
• Proven ability to design solution architectures and data flows.
• Experience implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong documentation skills for RFP responses and solution blueprints.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of presales processes and deal cycles.
