Description

You will drive the technical sales process for ServiceNow opportunities, bridging technical capabilities with client business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform ServiceNow demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities to prospective customers.
• Design technical solutions tailored to specific customer pain points and requirements.
• Collect scope requirements from clients to define clear project boundaries.
• Prepare effort estimations, Statements of Work (SOW), and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
• Provide technical support to the sales team to secure new business.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical pre-sales environments.
• Expertise in preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and drafting technical proposals.
• Proven experience responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.
• Technical proficiency in the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to translate client needs into scoped, estimable technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple pre-sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Background in solution architecture or delivery within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
