Role Overview

STAFFXPERT is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Process Analyst with strong ServiceNow implementation and business process experience. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, improve, and translate business processes into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Requirements

14+ years of overall IT experience

Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience

At least 2 full-cycle ServiceNow implementations

Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization

Experience gathering and translating business requirements into:

Epics

User Stories

Acceptance Criteria

Backlog Items

Experience working with Product Backlogs, prioritization, and business value/ROI

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution validation

Ability to work closely with ServiceNow technical/development teams

Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration best practices, with preference for configuration over customization

Experience facilitating business/stakeholder workshops

Strong documentation and process improvement skills

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and process owners to identify and improve processes.

Analyze and design workflows aligned with business objectives.

Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Prioritize product backlogs based on business value.

Work with technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements.

Support requirements gathering, testing, QA, and solution validation.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.

Maintain business process and requirements documentation.

Ideal Candidate

A ServiceNow Business Process / Process Analyst who has worked on multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Must Have: ServiceNow + 2 full-cycle implementations + Business Process/Workflow Analysis + Requirements/User Stories + Stakeholder Management
