Description

Lead the ServiceNow GRC product lifecycle from requirement gathering to technical delivery and roadmap management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather GRC requirements through direct engagement with clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for architects and developers.
• Develop and manage product and system roadmaps.
• Conduct workshops and presentations using Visio to communicate technical solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and BCM.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow Product Owner experience since 2019.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow GRC modules: Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and BCM.
• Background in Cybersecurity.
• Experience implementing GRC within a banking or highly regulated environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM.
• Proficiency in Visio for workshop facilitation and roadmap visualization.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
