Description

Lead the ServiceNow GRC product lifecycle, bridging business requirements and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather GRC requirements from clients and stakeholders to define product scope.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications for architects and developers.
• Own the product and system roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations.
• Conduct workshops and presentations using Visio to communicate technical solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of GRC modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow Product Owner capacity.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow GRC, specifically Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Risk Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Experience with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Strong background in Cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement and client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Visio for process mapping and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within the banking or financial services sector.
