Description

You will drive enterprise value from the ServiceNow platform by owning product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across domains such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.

You will focus on strategic service architecture and service catalog design, ensuring services are intentionally defined, consistently structured, and clearly consumable across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and strategic outcomes for assigned ServiceNow product areas.
• Translate enterprise and business priorities into clearly defined product outcomes.
• Ensure ServiceNow is organized as a well-architected portfolio of services aligned to business capabilities, technology strategy, and risk controls.
• Apply deep functional understanding of ServiceNow features, Asset Management, and data models including CSDM and CMDB.
• Oversee strategic service architecture and service catalog design to maintain consistency and clarity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow product ownership or management.
• Deep functional knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
• Proven expertise in CSDM and CMDB data models.
• Strong experience in strategic service architecture and service catalog design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to align product strategy with enterprise technology and risk controls.
