Description

Own the ServiceNow IRM product backlog for client engagements, translating risk and compliance requirements into actionable user stories. Collaborate with architects and developers to design, build, and validate IRM configurations, workflows, and features. Drive UAT readiness, feedback incorporation, and incremental releases through agile ceremonies. Ensure delivered solutions meet acceptance criteria and support end-to-end IRM processes. Work directly with risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to align product direction with business and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the IRM product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business and regulatory needs.
• Work directly with risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow architects and developers during sprint planning, design discussions, and solution reviews.
• Validate delivered configurations and workflows to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and support end to end IRM processes.
• Drive UAT readiness, feedback incorporation, and incremental release of IRM features through agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience in IT or product management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically the Information Risk Management (IRM) module.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner managing product backlogs and user stories.
• Ability to translate complex risk, compliance, and audit requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with ServiceNow architects and developers in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of IRM processes and regulatory alignment.
• Experience with UAT coordination and incremental release management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Financial Services domain.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM configuration and workflow design.
