Description

You will own the ServiceNow Information Risk Management (IRM) product backlog for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Refine and prioritize the IRM product backlog, ensuring stories align with business and regulatory needs.
• Translate complex risk, compliance, and audit requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers during sprint planning, design, and solution reviews.
• Validate delivered configurations and workflows against acceptance criteria to support end-to-end IRM processes.
• Drive UAT readiness, incorporate feedback, and manage incremental releases through agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience in IT or product management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Information Risk Management (IRM) module.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner managing backlogs and defining user stories.
• Strong understanding of IRM processes and regulatory alignment.
• Experience translating risk and compliance requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with ServiceNow architects and developers in agile environments.
• Experience coordinating UAT and managing incremental release cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to the Financial Services domain.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM configuration and workflow design.
