Description

You will own the technical direction and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Translate business processes into technical solutions by gathering requirements from partners.
• Lead development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow or Enterprise architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications.
• Profound knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, specifically ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with web technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Understanding of SDLC processes.
• At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules.
