Description

Lead product delivery for large-scale business transformation programs within the Digital Products office. Own the translation of product vision into actionable plans and well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Manage and groom product backlogs by breaking down features into executable tasks.
• Negotiate between competing stakeholders to prioritize work based on business value and objectives.
• Identify user personas to ensure product delivery meets specific client domain needs.
• Drive product deployment across multiple cross-functional teams from initiation to delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software, technology, program management, or program implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in product management using agile frameworks.
• Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP, or equivalent agile approaches.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and create user stories.
• Experience working as a Product Owner in multiple agile environments.
• Knowledge of agile and lean software development values and principles.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in large-scale business transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience, specifically FSM and CSM module expertise.
