You will own the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions, bridging technical delivery with business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product backlog for ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Drive CMDB health and compliance using CSDM (4.x/5.x) standards and ensure data integrity across integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features aligned with Agile/SAFe methodologies and stakeholder needs.
• Analyze monitoring data from tools like Dynatrace and Splunk to identify product improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management for enterprise software.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, specifically Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of CMDB architecture and CSDM frameworks (versions 4.x and 5.x).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Proven track record in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ITAM modules (HAM/SAM) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
