You will provide production support for ServiceNow environments in Columbus, Indiana.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ServiceNow production instances.
• Resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor system stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Direct experience working with ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Indiana.
