Description

Lead enterprise ServiceNow programs focused on CMDB modernization, CSDM adoption, ITOM enablement, and service visibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver ServiceNow capabilities aligned with enterprise architecture and resiliency boundaries.
• Drive CSDM implementation and define ServiceNow CMDB data models for Radar-based capability facets and governance.
• Manage program budgets, vendor delivery, forecasting, and resource capacity planning across geographies.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and agile/PMLC execution standards are met throughout the program lifecycle.
• Present executive-level program updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow delivery experience with strong exposure to CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, and CSDM.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Data Governance, and Integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and enterprise service modeling.
• Proven track record driving large-scale cross-functional programs with enterprise or regulatory impact.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or ITIL v4 certifications.
• ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM certifications.
