Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow programs, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum, facilitating all sprint ceremonies and ensuring delivery cadence.
• Oversee ServiceNow platform governance, change management, and release coordination.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, escalating issues proactively to senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions and drive platform maturity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide ServiceNow programs on time and budget.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in program management tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow PPM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APIs, CI/CD, and integrations (e.g., MID Server, Integration Hub).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform releases (Vancouver/Washington DC or later).
