Description

You lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, timelines, and resource needs for ServiceNow projects.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, and project budgets throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical teams, including developers, architects, and BAs.
• Ensure project alignment with defined business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong background applying Agile, Scrum, and ITIL Frameworks.
• Proficiency with PM tools, including Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
• Certification in PMP or CSM is required.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
