Description

You will lead and transform enterprise ServiceNow initiatives, managing multiple projects from kickoff to go-live while aligning technology capabilities with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategies that connect ServiceNow capabilities to business goals.
• Lead multiple ServiceNow projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee program governance, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and resources.
• Champion organizational change by leading adoption strategies, workshops, and communication efforts.
• Monitor and report on program success metrics and ROI to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience delivering technology and business transformation.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow platforms, specifically ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change and adoption initiatives.
