• 15+ years of experience as a senior IT Program Manager managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong experience across IT infrastructure, operations, networking, GRC, compliance, product operations, and release management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Experience with cloud transformation and IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives and AI-enabled operational initiatives.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and run steering committees with senior leadership.
• GRC and infrastructure experience preferred, with the ability to work independently and manage programs effectively
