Description

Lead large-scale, multi-track ServiceNow implementations and program lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects involving offshore and onsite teams.
• Own project governance, planning, budget management, and delivery tracking.
• Direct stakeholder communication and engagement across the organization.
• Execute delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, and CSM.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, SmartSheet, or ServiceNow PPM.
• Experience managing multi-track project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating hybrid team structures.
