Description

You will act as a skilled ServiceNow Developer within the Department of Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain existing custom solutions.
• Develop new solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and manage Service Catalog items.
• Configure and debug role and group-based ACLs.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding, including Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, and Jelly Scripts.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs, such as Glide Dialog Window, Glide Aggregate, Glide Record, and Glide Ajax.
• 3+ years of experience building custom workflows.
• 3+ years of experience building custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• 3+ years of HTML, CSS, and AJAX development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
• Service Portal development, including Widgets, Service Portal Pages, and AngularJS.
