Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions for the Department of Information Technology in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain existing custom ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop new features and functionality within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and manage Service Catalog items and custom workflows.
• Configure and debug role and group-based Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Create custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding, including Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, and Jelly Scripts.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Scripting APIs: Glide Dialog Window, Glide Aggregate, Glide Record, and Glide Ajax.
• 3+ years of experience building custom workflows.
• 3+ years of experience building custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
• Service Portal development experience, including Widgets, Service Portal Pages, and AngularJS.
