Description

You will architect, design, and implement integrated service management solutions within the ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including applications, forms, workflows, interfaces, and configurations to support ITIL processes.
• Architect integrated solutions across ServiceNow, SAP, Event Management, Monitoring, DataPower, and Identity Management.
• Manage code migrations from development and test systems to production, ensuring full documentation and audit compliance.
• Troubleshoot software problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes.
• Provide technical leadership through peer code reviews and ensure the team follows development best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience.
• 5+ years of industry programming experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with ServiceNow Background scripts, Ajax JS library, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Advanced Reference Qualifiers.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
• 2+ years of experience with CMDB architecture, data models, and consolidating multiple data sources of configuration items.
• Knowledge of AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Experience with protocols including LDAP, HTTPS, SNMP, and TCP/IP socket.
• ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer certifications.
