Lead a team of ServiceNow architects and developers to deliver enterprise service management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of architects and developers through solution implementation and ongoing sustainment.
- Provide best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams.
- Certify solution designs for strategic technologies during the development lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, budget status reports, and communication plans.
- Establish reporting standards and coordinate across business units to meet client requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow environments.
- Deep expertise in ITSM applications including Asset, Change, Incident, Problem, SLA, and CMDB.
- Hands-on experience building custom applications and advanced ServiceNow reporting.
- Proficiency with ITSM, HR, Service Portal, and CMDB Discovery.
- Technical knowledge of Integrations, Mobile apps, Virtual Agent, AJAX, JSON, PowerShell, and CSS.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently and drive high-quality delivery with partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills using Visio and PowerPoint.
- BTECH degree.
