Description

Lead a team of ServiceNow architects and developers to deliver enterprise service management solutions, owning solution implementation, sustainment, and project governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architects and developers through solution implementation and ongoing sustainment.
• Provide best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams.
• Certify solution designs for strategic technologies during the development lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, budget status reports, and communication plans.
• Establish reporting standards and coordinate across business units to meet client requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Deep expertise in ITSM applications including Asset, Change, Incident, Problem, SLA, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience building custom applications and advanced ServiceNow reporting.
• Proficiency with ITSM, HR, Service Portal, and CMDB Discovery.
• Technical knowledge of Integrations, Mobile apps, Virtual Agent, AJAX, JSON, PowerShell, and CSS.
• BTECH degree.
