Lead technical presales activities and provide deep ServiceNow platform expertise to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored ServiceNow solutions and deliver technical proposals for prospective clients.
• Develop and present customized demos and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Define technical architecture, integrations, and implementation approaches for ServiceNow modules.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs to ensure high-quality technical responses.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with delivery teams for seamless project transitions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years in a presales role involving solutioning and client presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and orchestration.
• Strong technical proposal writing and RFP response experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple presales opportunities simultaneously.

• Any Graduate degree.
