Lead ITSM ServiceNow assessments and strategic implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark ITSM maturity levels against industry standards and best practices.
• Align ITSM strategy with business vision and objectives.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses within existing ITSM processes and tools.
• Prioritize improvement initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
• Define the roadmap and action plan to achieve desired ITSM outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ITSM Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of ITSM Knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration.
• Proven ability to manage ITSM strategy and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of ITSM best practices.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps.
• Experience in ITSM assessments.
