Description

You will lead ServiceNow implementations and manage complex IT infrastructure projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including milestone estimation and resource skill requirements.
• Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies or workarounds.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Track and document all project actions, issues, and logs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (DR, hardening, security, or monitoring).
• Direct experience with ServiceNow implementation (CMDB, Change management, service management).
• Working knowledge of ITIL environments (Incident and Problem management).
• PMP training or certification.
• Ability to translate technical issues for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software project management and the SDLC.
• Technical background in system engineering or IT operations.
• Experience in project portfolio or program management.
