Description

Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, defining timelines, budgets, and strategic execution plans.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables through direct stakeholder collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance to developers using ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies or contingency plans.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform features and enhancements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Master's degree.
