Description

Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementation and enterprise technology projects from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles using industry-standard development and service delivery methodologies.
• Define project scope, requirements, and risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Lead distributed, cross-functional teams across on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environments.
• Facilitate productive meetings and establish alliances across departments to manage dependencies.
• Oversee infrastructure and IT operations projects while driving user adoption during design and development.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of proven project management experience, including scope and requirements definition.
• 5+ years leading complex, multiple technology platform projects involving technical and business teams.
• 5+ years of end-to-end experience with large-scale implementation projects.
• 5 years of experience in the implementation and support of ServiceNow.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and SAM.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with public sector program administration or government implementations.
