Description

You will manage ServiceNow implementation and maintenance projects from planning through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across technical and business teams.
• Oversee multiple ServiceNow initiatives simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve project blockers and risks.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities and module requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically with ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules and capabilities.
• Hands-on expertise in Agile and Scrum project management frameworks.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and leadership.
• Strong decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
