Description

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as the primary contact between business, IT, and vendors to align goals.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases with development teams.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of project management experience.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Implementation (SPM, PPM, ITSM modules).
• Strong command of Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with stakeholder management and business-IT alignment.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and steering meetings.
• Knowledge of change and release management processes.
• PMP certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Background in governance and compliance standards.
