Description

Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
✔ 2–3+ years managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
✔ Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.
✔ Proven experience managing full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
✔ Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow PPM.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
✅ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
✅ Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
✅ Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, ServiceNow teams, and external vendors.
✅ Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
✅ Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests proactively.
✅ Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
✅ Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and quality standards.
✅ Identify opportunities for process improvements and platform optimization.
✅ Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend new capabilities.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Certification.
⭐ Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.
⭐ Experience working with ServiceNow implementation partners or system integrators.
⭐ Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
⭐ Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
