Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-related information technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, communication plans, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage project execution, including budgets, forecasts, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate meetings with crews and customers to align technical and business requirements.
• Mitigate risks and dependencies while monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare status reports by analyzing trends and measuring team progress against quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of business-related experience with at least 5 years in technology project or program management.
• Proven experience managing projects through the entire execution lifecycle, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow domain areas.
• Proficiency in Agile and iterative project management methodologies.
• Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and cost-benefit/ROI analysis.
• Ability to manage projects within a matrixed organization and navigate ambiguity.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/SCRUM certifications.
• Direct ServiceNow experience.
