Description

You will manage and deliver IT projects utilizing the ServiceNow platform, overseeing development, configuration, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects encompassing development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Implement IT Service Management, ITIL processes, and Enterprise Service Management practices.
• Manage risk by defining and executing mitigation plans for project delivery.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT projects.
• Minimum 5 years implementing IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Applications development and Rest API integrations with third-party systems.
• In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies including Agile, SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall models.
• Experience working with multi-vendor development environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation approaches.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any ServiceNow module.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or SCRUM Master Certification.
