Description

You will plan, execute, and oversee ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout project execution.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow implementation and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow implementations or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple ServiceNow projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
