Description

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements.
• Define project scope and success criteria while communicating status and risks to stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and governance for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in relevant technical and/or functional specialties.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of technical issues related to enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB, PSDS.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
