Description

You will manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects from requirements definition through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles including scope definition, scheduling, budget estimation, and implementation planning.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and quality standards while assessing and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including third-party vendors, to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
• Communicate project status, outcomes, and risks to stakeholders ranging from staff to VP levels.
• Maintain project documentation, tool repositories, and meeting agendas.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Direct experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis and technical documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using scheduling and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work in large, cross-functional, or matrix environments.

• Ability to influence outcomes without direct management authority.
