Description

You will manage and deliver two key initiatives: the implementation of the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM) to optimize the CMDB framework, and the deployment of Next Gen App Inventory software to support enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, risks, and issues using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Define, groom, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, release planning workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Produce release plans and implement sprint process improvements.
• Monitor and manage project costs against the budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven Agile project or program management experience, including at least 3 years in the professional services sector.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project delivery.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including managing distributed teams of business and technology professionals.
• Experience driving solution-centric efforts using cloud-based technologies and data analytics.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing.
• Ability to manage complex data models such as CSDM and CMDB frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate degree in a related business field.
