Description

You own end-to-end delivery of large, complex ServiceNow programs across global technology teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution, integration, and delivery to meet Enterprise Change requirements.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical action plans, deliverables, and roadmaps.
• Monitor KPIs, scope, schedule, and budget to assess overall program health.
• Partner with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to facilitate PI Planning and agile ceremonies.
• Manage project finances and stakeholder engagement across Lines of Business.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Jira Dashboards for reporting and tracking.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with tracking Epics, Features, and Stories for portfolio roll-up.
• Ability to manage project finances and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
