Description

Lead ServiceNow initiatives and enterprise IT projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track team performance metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in risk management, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience mentoring and leading technical or development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
