Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise software programs, coordinating cross-functional engineering and business teams to meet strict timelines and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile and hybrid delivery cycles, including daily standups, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure on-time completion.
• Collaborate with technical leads to refine business requirements into system designs, ensuring seamless migrations and defect reduction.
• Establish and track KPIs using Jira and Confluence for bug closure, velocity, and sprint health to improve transparency.
• Implement structured change management and risk control processes, utilizing risk logs and technical debt registers to mitigate scope creep.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of hands-on project management experience.
• 4+ years of specific experience managing SAP projects.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in roadmapping, stakeholder reporting, and KPI/OKR tracking.
• Expertise in change management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Practical experience with Jenkins, Asana, Git, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, MS Project, Postman, and Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience managing programs under a University PMO framework.
