Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
ServiceNow Expertise: Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB) and ensure from the MTA side that ServiceNow consultants’ adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for with the MTA Teams
